By the end of this module unit the trainee should be able to;
a)apply mathematical concepts and techniques in solving problems related to food and beverage management
b)manipulate data,draw simple deductions and conclusion
c)interpret graphical representation of function relevant to food and beverage management
d)apply commercial calculations concepts in solving business problems related to food and beverage course
